The successful Applicant will be chosen by the Kristian Fredrikson Scholarship For Design In The Performing Arts Selection Committee (”The Kristian Fredrikson Scholarship Award Committee”) on the basis of a demonstrable history of outstanding achievements and commitment to their profession; originality, creativity, technical and interpretative skills and the viability of their study plan.
Applicants will be required to:
- have completed five professional productions or have demonstrated a proven record of professional activity over at least 3 years;
- submit a detailed curriculum vitae, examples of work on CD including 2 costume drawings or set concept renderings where applicable, a study plan and 3 letters of recommendation from collaborators;
- be Australian citizens or have permanent residency status in Australia;
- prepare a simple breakdown of planned expenditure to ensure the applicant’s intentions are achievable within their financial means.
